​What is Dcringe's Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel.

The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Β Absolutely Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, you can mail the updated address to support@dcringe.in

How do I cancel my Order?

To cancel your order, you can write to us at support@dcringe.in with your Order Number. (Note : Cancelling order is available only before it is shipped.)

​What is Dcringe's Return Policy? Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchange in all cases. All sales are final. Dcringe reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Damage and Missing ProductΒ : We follow a 3 step checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition only and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have the proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.​

In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.

Refund:

We will contact you one to one to provide you full refund to via an online payment method for the price of the damage item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.

We won't be charging you any return shipping or handling fees.
