Dcringe Return & Exchange Policy 

At Dcringe, we aim to deliver top-quality jewellery and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we take great care in quality-checking each piece before shipping, we understand that issues may sometimes arise. Here's our simple return and exchange policy to guide you.

 

When Returns or Exchanges Are Allowed:

  1. Damaged in Transit
    • If your jewellery arrives damaged during delivery, we’ll assist you with a replacement.
  2. Wrong Product Received
    • If you receive the wrong product, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct one.

Note:

  • Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • If the same item is unavailable for replacement, we’ll provide store credit of the same value or let you choose another product.

For any other reasons, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours
  2. Share an Unboxing Video
    • Send us an unedited video showing the package and the issue clearly. This is important to process your request.

Important: Without the video proof, we cannot process your exchange.

 

Replacement Process:

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for the product to be picked up within 48-72 business hours.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases, we can issue a voucher with lifetime validity.

 

When Exchanges Are Not Allowed:

We won’t accept exchanges if:

  • You return a used or damaged product.
  • The size is incorrect (please check our size guide before ordering).
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect, and the package is returned to us. (In this case, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.)
  • The package is lost or refused by the recipient.

 

1-Year Warranty:

All our jewellery comes with a 1-Year Color Fade Replacement Warranty. If you notice any color fading within this period, contact us at support@dcringe.in for help.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Breakage or damage caused by usage.
  • Missing stones after use.

Care Tip: Handle your jewellery gently and store it properly to keep it looking beautiful for longer.

 

Important Note:

  • Do not accept a shipment if the packaging appears tampered with.
